Authentic delicatessen made in Corsica

Family company created thirty year sago in Ocana in southern Corsica. The story egins with Pascal Folacci a butcher in the Prunelliregion and owner of the Folacci butcher shop in Bastelicaccia in 1995, his son, Jean Philipe Folacci, created in his native village of Ocana the SARL Folacci Charcuerie and innovated his flagship product : the infernu ham witth myrtle berries 

Today it is the two daughters of Jean PHilipe, Lisa and Leria who have taken over the company and are trying to combine quality and modernity for the manufacture of all their products. While keeping in mind the family will offer authentic offer. .
