No matter the generations, The vision of this business has remained the same year after year. The process of roasting Le Bon Café doesn’t need more than 48h when it’s ready to be consumed. This is exactly what coffees that come from the Mainland won’t ever be able to do, no matter the brand or the name. This coffee which has been sold for more than 80 years under the name of « Le Bon Café », has proven its worth and its name is firmly established.
The recipe has been studied very carefully, the flavour and subtlety are beyond compare.
